ARC Coffee Co. opens a café and roastery on a Balat side street.
Co-founder Uğur Gözcü spent ten years at Coffee Department before starting ARC with Ibrahim Yılmaz, a Q Grader and Authorised SCA Trainer. The pair supplied green beans to Istanbul cafés before opening to the public. The hand-brew menu rotates Ethiopian lots from Woyo, Idido, and Adorsi alongside Kenyan and Colombian coffees, with a Brazilian espresso on Turkish-made KEF machines.
