Istanbul Coffee Festival returned for its 11th year across 10,000 sqm in Kadikoy.
Over 200 domestic and international brands exhibited at Tepe Nautilus from 11-14 September, with free tastings of 100+ bean varieties. Thude Robotics debuted X Barista, an AI-powered coffee station billed as a fourth-generation brewing experience. Festival founder Alper Sesli highlighted discussions around domestic Turkish coffee cultivation alongside the country's five-century consumption tradition.
