Alongside its own roasts, the shop sells Cafec filter papers and drippers. The coffee archive runs from Daterra in Brazil and Huila in Colombia to wild forest lots from Keffa in Ethiopia, and has included the Pacamara that won El Salvador's Cup of Excellence in 2021. Processes range from washed to carbonic maceration.
The roaster runs in its own glassed-off room beside the counter, in view of the bar. The shop fills the glazed corner of a modern apartment block, and out front a pavement terrace of papasan chairs sits behind white planters under a branded umbrella.
