Kees van der Westen lists Coffee Manifesto as its Istanbul dealer, and the company's online shop sells the Dutch machines alongside Moccamaster, Sage, and Jura. Emel Eryaman Usta, one of three founders, is general manager. In 2017, Cemal Sisman and Guvenc Usta roasted on a Toper, and a Kees van der Westen Spirit made the espresso.
Head barista Koray Erdoğdu won both the Turkish Barista and the Turkish Cezve/İbrik championships in 2014. Coffee Manifesto Lab runs SCA certification courses and has trained 50 baristas, 20 of them women. The shops are in Moda, Yeldeğirmeni, and a third site called Studio.
