The beans are roasted every week and rested before brewing, and the desserts are made in house each day. The medium roast blends Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, Colombian Excelso, Las Capuchinas from Antigua in Guatemala and Bella Giana from Brazil's Mogiana region, while the light roast pairs the Colombian with Kenyan Nyeri. Illustrator Sezen Tunca drew the light roast's bag.
Depo also roasts to order for wholesale clients. The flagship sits near Yeditepe University in Kayışdağı, and the island café is on Mehmetçik Sokak in Büyükada.
