The workshop sits on the street of the Red Minaret Mosque, where a 6kg Giesen W6A replaced the brand's first roaster, a 1kg Toper. It also hosts tastings and seminars and handles wholesale.
İbrahim Burak Göğüş and Mirhan Köroğlu Göğüş founded the business in 2014, after careers in television and online products and in climate policy with the European Parliament and CDP. The espresso blends are called Evolution, Genesis and Mutation, and single origins have included Jamaica Blue Mountain alongside lots from Ethiopia, Kenya and Colombia. Cafés run in Karaköy and in Kanyon.
