Beşiktaş roaster that started life as No. 41 on Yıldız Caddesi.

A Deal Coffee Express still trades at No. 41, and the main shop sits further along the same street at 53/A. Deal roasts its own coffee under the motto Drink More Colorfully, with single origins from Ethiopia, Brazil, Costa Rica and Indonesia, among them an Orange Bourbon lot.

The online shop also sells Origami, Fellow, Comandante and Kruve brewing gear alongside the beans. A further branch runs inside Kolektif House in Levent.

At this shop

On Yıldız Caddesi in Abbasağa, a mint-green art nouveau shopfront with curved glass doors opens onto a black-and-white checkerboard floor, with bags of coffee shelved by the window. Customers order at the back, from a mirrored, arched self-service counter strung with festoon bulbs and trailing plants, with the pastry case beneath it. Outside, a cushioned bench sits under the awning.
