Owner and head roaster Ulaş Tüze had fifteen years of roasting in Çanakkale and on the Aegean island of Bozcaada when he opened a café in Nişantaşı in early 2021. He takes his coffee to a full medium roast, and the Istanbul café pulls espresso on a Victoria Arduino Eagle 1.
The roastery is based in Kepez, Çanakkale, and its single origins include Ethiopia Guji Kochere, Colombia Nariño Supremo, and Guatemala El Jaguar.
