Cem Bozkuş, who also worked at Petra Roasting and the restaurant Kantin, runs the coffee, and Gizem Yavuz does the baking. The bar once held Turkey's first Slayer espresso machine, facing the Bosphorus; a Rocket sits on the counter now, and guest roasters have included Probador Colectiva.
A gold fox head hangs above the retail shelves of bagged beans and brewing gear. The marble-topped counter runs along the left wall, with a line of stools facing the corner windows onto Güneşli Sokak. Outside, two wooden benches sit on the red-brick pavement below the wrought-iron balconies of the building above.
