Ankara-born roaster and chocolatier, with a dozen branches from Suadiye to Dubai.

Brothers Aytekin and Uğur Asilsoy grew the brand from one shop in Bestekar, Ankara, opened in 2017. Branches now run across Ankara and in Malatya, Alanya, Dalaman Airport, and Dubai, and the Suadiye shop opened in March 2020.

They roast green coffee from Guatemala, Brazil, Peru, and Honduras in house, and single origins have included Ethiopia Lalesa and Rwanda Akagera. The signature coco latte comes in a coconut shell, and the chocolates are made on a Belgian chocolate base, including ruby and lime.

On Pembegül Sokak in Suadiye, a low wood bench marks off pavement seating from the street, under a cream awning level with the scooters parked at the kerb. Just inside the glass frontage, a cast-iron horse bell hangs on a blue wall beside the lit paper sign. Brunch plates of eggs and salad go out to tables both outside and in.
