Croffles come sweet or savoury, from crispy chicken with coleslaw to a salted caramel French Kiss, alongside Blue Matcha and matcha lattes made with almond milk. The coffee list has included single origins from Quindío in Colombia, Sidama in Ethiopia, and Mexico beside a house espresso blend.
On Leylek Sokak in Moda, a dark teal awning and a blue heart painted on the glass front mark the shopfront, reached up a step past a stone bench at the entrance. Inside the single room, the bar is lit blue and pink at the back, next to an open kitchen and a stainless steel bar holding two espresso machines against corrugated steel panelling. A blue velvet banquette runs along the front window.
